We make many different sizes or styles of stencils. We make little ones, big ones, plastic ones – you name it! Wall stencils are ideal if you need to label or mark various surfaces many, many times. We can produce stencils from Oilboard, Mylar, Vinyl, Polycarbonate or Wax Paper. If you want a heavy-duty stencil that you can use over and over again…. mylar or thick plastic is probably the way to go. If you need a stencil for a “one-time deal” it might be a wise choice to go with wax paper. Tape it up, paint over it and toss it in the trash! Mylar or Polycarbonate stencils are by-far the best materials to use when Wall stencils are required. They are water proof, hard to tear and can be used over and over again. Basic stencils like this oil-board or wax paper will break down over time and deteriorate (or even possibly tear!) Wall stencils are ideal if you need to label or mark various surfaces many times. Wall stencils – We generally make our stencils out of mylar as it’s water proof. Wall stencils The best way to lay down paint over a stencil is to use very thick paint and a roller. The thicker the paint the less likely it is to run under the stencil after you run the roller over it. We offer Wall stencils in almost any size and on several different substrates. We can laser-cut letters up to 20″ tall x 38″ wide and can handle very detailed images when you need stencils. Mylar and Polycarbonate stencils are by-far the best materials to use when Wall stencils are required. They are water proof, hard to tear and can be used over and over again. Basic stencils like this oil-board pictured above will break down over time and deteriorate, which is why I also vote on plastic as it prevents you the ability to easily re-use them.
